She prepared a comprehensive market analysis with sales comps in our area, taking into consideration the improvements in our home to come up with a fair listing price. She listed the home and created an aggressive marketing plan which helped with the quick sale of the home. She created an inviting listing on the MLS to entice buyers to see the house. She held two open houses and created interest from buyers. She kept us informed each week with reports on the previous week’s activity and showings. We obtained a contract within a month of the initial listing, and she helped us negotiate the contract with the buyer. Since we had moved several hours outside the area, Dawn sent all the forms electronically, so we did not have to travel back to sign paperwork. She was present to assist the buyer and their agent with the inspection and due diligence process. During escrow, she kept us informed of the process and the anticipated closing date and answered any questions we had. She kept an eye on the property and let us know the condition of the home and when the yard needed to be mowed. When it was time to sell, she ensured we were able to obtain a remote closing.
